The Hearts Draw

Play and discover through soul collage, creative art, journaling, music, gentle movement and relaxation with this three and a half hour class. No talent is necessary!

This is an opportunity to reconnect, relax and have fun. The class encourages self-expression for better health and well-being.

Come, take a break from your daily responsibilities and engage in meaningful creativity.

All materials, supplies, a journal and refreshments are included. The fee is $20. Classes are held on a Saturday from 1-4:30 PM.

She has a degree in art, an adult education teaching credential, certified for group leadership, recreation, health ministry, water and land exercise programs.
